Dining Information
Dining Update: Due to ongoing renovations at the Yacht Club, on-site dining is currently restricted. While surrounding resort hotels offer additional seating, we suggest attendees utilize Disney Springs for the best selection of group and individual dining. We recommend booking reservations in advance; the area is a convenient 10–20 minute drive from the conference center.
Reservations can be made 60-days prior to our conference.

Reservations can also be made by calling the Disney Dining Line at 407-WDW-DINE (407-939-3463), 60-days prior applies to phone reservations as well.
Conference Space Location
Dress code for this event is Business Casual, sports coat or blazer are required for men. The BEPP reserves the right to not admit or remove individuals who do not abide by the dress code set forth.
