ESOC 2026

The 2026 Executive Security Operations Conference (ESOC) will be held at the luxurious Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts located in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, from June 16th to 18th in 2026.

 

Recognizing the demanding schedules of security professionals, the BEPP wanted to create an opportunity for attendees to combine valuable professional development with quality family time. Walt Disney World® Resort has been an exceptional partner in helping us achieve this goal.

​This venue provides a fantastic chance for attendees to network with industry leaders, gain valuable insights, and also enjoy some well-deserved relaxation and fun with their families at the world-renowned Walt Disney World® Resort. To further enhance convenience, we've also adjusted our conference schedule to run from Tuesday to Thursday. With this change and our exciting partnership with Walt Disney World® Resort, this will be a conference focuses on the attendees and their experience.

Keynote Speakers

Our 2026 keynote speaker is a Protectee with a continuous professional protective detail. They will share their unique experiences, expectations, and their likes and dislikes regarding protection, providing an honest insight that is rarely heard.

 

For operational security reasons, the individual's name and position will not be released until all security coordination is complete.

Ken Valentine

Ken Valentine retired from the United States Secret Service in 2020 as the Special Agent in Charge of the Dignitary Protective Division in the Office of Protective Operations. 

 

Since his retirement from the Secret Service, Ken has served as a corporate senior vice president, focused on security and operational risk. Ken also serves on the board of directors at The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children where he chairs the Operations & Law Enforcement Committee. He is a certified leadership trainer through Pointman Leadership Institute, teaches a group class at The Church at Brook Hills, and serves on the board of directors at The WellHouse, a home for human trafficking victims. He also now serves on the board of advisors for Base Molecular Resonance Technologies looking for early detection of unwanted substances like weapons, cancer and illegal drugs.
